After 20 years of working in the wastewater industry throughout Scotland, Brian McCleary branched out to form his own company.
When Cleartek began operating, they were retained by numerous sewage treatment companies in Scotland, mainly to the then Regional Councils. His aim was to cater for the customer who preferred the right product, supplied and installed to suit the clients needs, and not simply the cheapest product available.

Brian said “Over my years in the business, it became apparent that some of the smaller package plants were woefully lacking in some of the basic process principals.”
Often Cleartek have been to clients whose plants have not worked since installation.
Brian added "as part of our service we now have the capability of modifying all plants to make them work”.
Since he opened his doors for trading, Brian has supplied equipment to Southern Ireland, Birmingham and is hopes to soon be operating in the Middle East. Brian and his company are now looking forward to holding stocks of the WPL Diamond plant at their expansive Dunblane facilities.
