Grease Guardian Specifications
A grease trap is essential in order to prevent fatty deposits and blockages in the drains and wastwater processes of commercial kitchens and canteens. Doubly so if a site has its own sewage system, be it septic tank, treatment plant, or pumped disposal. Soakways can become blocked, filters contaminated, and pump floats have been known to grow to the size of footballs with grease deposits.
