Manual Grease Trap

These system systems simply remove grease by trapping floating FOG’s (fats, oils and greases) eventually having to removed “manually” by use of a Vacuum tanker. These are basic forms of Grease removal and have been used for many years but have been superceded by technology in the form of Automatic Grease Removal or Bacteria.
